The Ojai Recreation Department Youth Flag Football League is a recreational program for kids in 1st through 6th grades. This program is intended for boys and girls of all experience levels and emphasizes fun, good sportsmanship, teamwork and fair play while playing flag football.
For the first time, this year, teams will be formed through a player rating and team draft format. This will help to form more balanced teams for a positive playing experience for all participants. Games will be held at Sarzotti Park on Saturday afternoons after American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) games are finished, with possible Friday evening games. Practices will be held on weekdays after school; practice times will vary and will be assigned after teams are formed.
